ReboHrome maintains a collectibles marketplace environment built on transaction integrity, account security, fraud prevention, responsible platform operation, and compliance readiness. This Compliance Notice summarizes important controls that may apply to accounts, deposits, purchases, randomized pack activity, physical shipments, account restrictions, refunds, and payment disputes.

This Notice should be read together with the Terms of Service, Refund & Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and AML Policy.

ReboHrome is operated by Private Enterprise “REBOHROME”, registration / identification code 55945366, registered at 04050, Ukraine, Kyiv, Mykoly Murashka Street, Building 6, Apartment 90. The registered jurisdiction of the platform operator is Ukraine.

The sole official production domain for ReboHrome is https://www.rebohrome.com.

1. Entertainment and Collector Purpose

ReboHrome products and services are intended for entertainment and collector purposes only. Digital collectibles, physical collectibles, and randomized packs are not securities, investments, financial products, gambling winnings, deposit accounts, or guaranteed-value products.

Users are responsible for understanding the nature of collectibles and randomized pack purchases before completing a transaction. ReboHrome does not guarantee profit, resale value, future value, liquidity, minimum pack value, or any specific card or outcome.

2. Randomized Pack Compliance

ReboHrome may offer randomized packs, mystery packs, case-style products, drop-style products, or similar products where the exact item, rarity, category, or value is not known before purchase or reveal.

Randomized packs are designed as collector and entertainment products. A user may receive an item worth less than, equal to, or more than the purchase price. Users must not purchase or open randomized packs unless they accept the risk of receiving a lower-value or personally undesirable item.

Opened, revealed, assigned, credited, or delivered randomized pack results are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved under the Refund & Shipping Policy.

Restricted Jurisdictions

ReboHrome may restrict, block, refuse, suspend, or terminate access for users located in, resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of jurisdictions subject to UN, EU, OFAC, or other applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions.

ReboHrome may also restrict access from jurisdictions where digital collectibles, randomized packs, loot boxes, gacha-style mechanics, online gaming, or similar digital products are prohibited, restricted, or require local authorization, including Belgium where applicable.

3. Anti-Fraud Monitoring

ReboHrome may monitor deposits, purchases, randomized pack activity, account restrictions, marketplace activity, login activity, payment attempts, refund requests, chargebacks, communications, IP data, device signals, Telegram identifiers, wallet details, and shipping information to help prevent fraud, unauthorized use, abuse, and suspicious activity.

Monitoring may be automated, manual, or both. ReboHrome is not required to disclose specific monitoring rules, thresholds, systems, risk indicators, or internal procedures.

4. Suspicious Activity Detection

Accounts, transactions, purchases, pack openings, account restrictions, refund requests, or payment disputes may be reviewed where activity appears inconsistent, abusive, high-risk, unauthorized, technically irregular, or potentially unlawful.

Examples of review triggers may include unusual purchase patterns, repeated deposits followed by refund requests, excessive refund requests, repeated chargebacks, use of multiple payment methods, mismatched account details, use of multiple accounts, suspicious IP or device signals, requests inconsistent with transaction history, refusal to verify identity, or attempts to bypass platform rules.

5. Transaction Reviews and Holds

ReboHrome may delay, reject, cancel, reverse, or manually review deposits, purchases, randomized pack access, collectible transfers, physical shipments, account restrictions, balance activity, refunds, and marketplace actions where additional verification or risk review is required.

During a review, ReboHrome may temporarily restrict purchases, pack openings, account restrictions, marketplace activity, account access, shipment, or support actions. Reviews are conducted to protect users, payment partners, marketplace integrity, and ReboHrome.

6. Identity and Payment Verification

In situations involving compliance obligations, fraud prevention, payment security, chargebacks, suspicious activity, refund requests, high-value activity, unusual behavior, or payment provider requirements, ReboHrome may request identity verification, proof of address, payment verification, cardholder confirmation, source-of-funds information, wallet verification, Telegram verification, or other documentation.

Failure to provide requested information, providing false information, or providing information that cannot be verified may result in transaction cancellation, account restriction, account restriction delay, refusal of service, or other action permitted by law.

7. AML / KYC Readiness

ReboHrome reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, risk-screening, and know-your-customer controls where necessary to protect users, payment partners, service providers, and marketplace integrity.

ReboHrome may cooperate with payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention vendors, identity verification providers, logistics providers, regulators, law enforcement, and other competent parties where required or permitted by law.

8. Account restriction Controls

Account restriction requests are manually reviewed and may require linked Telegram identity, payment account details, account history review, payment confirmation, fraud review, and compliance approval. Account restrictions may be delayed, reduced, denied, offset, or restricted where there are unresolved payment disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, duplicate credits, technical errors, AML/KYC concerns, sanctions concerns, or violations of platform rules.

Users are responsible for providing accurate wallet details and using supported networks. ReboHrome is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, third-party wallet issues, blockchain congestion, network fees, or user error.

9. Refund and Chargeback Controls

Refund requests and chargebacks may be reviewed for fraud prevention, policy compliance, and payment security. ReboHrome may contest chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to payment providers where a user disputes an authorized transaction, delivered digital item, opened randomized pack, revealed result, shipped physical item, or completed service.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith refund claims or chargebacks may result in account suspension, account restriction restrictions, refusal of future service, evidence submission to payment providers, recovery of fees, and other actions permitted by law.

10. Platform Security Monitoring

Session activity, device signals, IP information, transaction metadata, account behavior, Telegram details, wallet details, and communication records may be logged for security, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance support purposes.

Information collected and processed for compliance purposes is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. No Guarantee of Service

Nothing in this Notice creates an obligation for ReboHrome to accept any customer, process any payment, approve any purchase, make any pack available, approve any account restriction, issue any refund, ship any order, or continue any business relationship where legal, compliance, fraud, payment, security, operational, or reputational risks are identified.
