Welcome to ReboHrome. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ReboHrome, including the website, marketplace, account features, digital collectible services, physical collectible sales, randomized pack features, vault balance functionality, account restrictions, support services, and any related products or services offered through ReboHrome.

By creating an account, accessing the website, making a deposit, purchasing any item, opening or revealing any randomized pack, requesting a account restriction, or otherwise using ReboHrome, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Refund & Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Compliance Notice, and any other rules or notices published on the website. If you do not agree, you must not use ReboHrome.

These Terms are intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Platform Operator and Official Domain

The ReboHrome platform is operated by Private Enterprise “REBOHROME”, registration / identification code 55945366, registered at 04050, Ukraine, Kyiv, Mykoly Murashka Street, Building 6, Apartment 90. The registered jurisdiction of the platform operator is Ukraine.

The sole official production domain for ReboHrome is https://www.rebohrome.com. Users should not use any mirror, copy, test environment, or unofficial domain unless it is expressly confirmed by ReboHrome through an official communication channel.

1. Platform Description

ReboHrome is an online collectibles platform offering digital collectible cards, physical collectible cards, marketplace functionality, collector account features, archive ownership experiences, randomized collectible pack features, and related services for entertainment and collector purposes.

ReboHrome collectibles are intended for entertainment, collecting, display, archive, and hobby use only. ReboHrome collectibles are not securities, investments, financial products, stored-value instruments, deposit accounts, gambling winnings, or regulated financial instruments. ReboHrome does not provide investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use ReboHrome. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the services in your location.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ReboHrome, including purchasing collectibles, purchasing or opening randomized packs, receiving physical shipments, using digital account features, and requesting account restrictions, is lawful in your jurisdiction. ReboHrome may restrict access, refuse service, cancel orders, or request verification where required or appropriate for legal, fraud prevention, payment, compliance, or operational reasons.

Restricted Jurisdictions

ReboHrome does not provide services to users who are located in, resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of any country, territory, person, entity, or region subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions, including sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, OFAC, or other competent authorities.

ReboHrome may restrict, block, refuse, suspend, or terminate access where a user’s location, billing address, shipping address, IP address, payment method, wallet, account information, or other risk signal indicates a restricted or high-risk jurisdiction.

ReboHrome may also restrict access from jurisdictions where digital collectibles, randomized packs, loot boxes, gacha-style mechanics, online gaming, or similar digital products are prohibited, restricted, or require local authorization. This may include jurisdictions such as Belgium where applicable.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ReboHrome is lawful in their jurisdiction. ReboHrome may update its restricted jurisdiction rules at any time to reflect legal, payment provider, sanctions, compliance, or risk requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, device access, Telegram account, payment methods, wallet details, and all activity occurring under your account. Any action taken through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless ReboHrome determines otherwise in its discretion after review.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your information updated, and to notify ReboHrome promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect account activity, or any security issue.

You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or allow another person to use your account. You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, reviews, restrictions, purchase rules, account restriction rules, promotional rules, refund rules, or compliance controls.

4. Digital Collectibles

Digital collectibles sold or delivered through ReboHrome are provided through the user account and platform systems. Once a digital collectible, digital card, digital pack result, archive item, or other digital item is successfully delivered, assigned, revealed, opened, displayed, credited, or made available to your account, delivery is considered complete.

Digital collectibles may have subjective collector value, marketplace value, resale value, entertainment value, or no resale value. ReboHrome does not guarantee that any digital collectible will retain value, increase in value, be resellable, be withdrawable, be transferable, or be desired by other users.

5. Physical Collectibles

Physical collectible cards or related physical products may be offered for purchase or shipment where available. Availability, delivery times, shipping methods, import requirements, taxes, duties, and local restrictions may vary by destination.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for ensuring that physical products can lawfully be imported and received in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local delivery fees, failed delivery costs, redelivery costs, and any local regulatory requirements unless otherwise required by law.

6. Randomized Packs, Mystery Packs, and Randomized Results

ReboHrome may offer randomized collectible packs, mystery packs, case-style products, drop-style products, or other features where the exact collectible, card, item, category, rarity, or value is not known before purchase or reveal. These products are referred to in these Terms as “Randomized Packs.”

By purchasing, opening, revealing, or otherwise participating in a Randomized Pack, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the result is uncertain and determined by the pack mechanics applicable at the time of purchase or reveal;
• you are purchasing an entertainment and collector experience, not a guaranteed profit opportunity;
• the item or items received may have a market value, resale value, estimated value, or perceived value that is lower than, equal to, or higher than the price paid;
• you may receive items that you personally consider undesirable, low value, duplicate, common, or not suitable for your collection;
• ReboHrome does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, category, outcome, profit, resale opportunity, minimum value, expected value, future value, or ability to recover the purchase price;
• any displayed prices, reference values, estimated values, rarity references, market comparisons, or historical sale references are informational only and may change at any time;
• opening, revealing, claiming, delivering, assigning, or otherwise making the result available to your account is irreversible once completed;
• once a Randomized Pack has been opened, revealed, delivered, assigned, credited, or otherwise made available, the transaction is final except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the Refund & Shipping Policy.

Randomized Packs are intended for adults and for entertainment and collecting purposes only. You must not purchase Randomized Packs if you are unwilling or unable to accept the risk of receiving items worth less than the price paid or items that do not meet your personal expectations.

7. Values, Pricing, and Market Information

Any stated value, reference price, floor value, estimated value, marketplace price, rarity label, comparable sale, market average, or pricing information shown on ReboHrome is provided for general informational and platform operation purposes only. Such information may be based on internal references, marketplace activity, third-party data, historical data, promotional estimates, manual review, or other sources.

ReboHrome does not warrant that any value information is accurate, current, complete, realizable, or equivalent to cash. The actual amount a user may receive from resale, account restriction, private sale, marketplace listing, or any other disposition may be lower than displayed values or may be unavailable entirely.

You are solely responsible for evaluating purchases and deciding whether a product is suitable for you.

8. Payments, Deposits, and Balance

Accepted payment methods may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cryptocurrency payments, and other methods made available from time to time. Payment methods may be added, removed, limited, or reviewed at ReboHrome’s discretion or by payment providers.

Deposited balance or account credit may be used for eligible platform purchases where supported. Account balance is not a bank account, savings account, investment account, payment account, stored-value account, or financial service unless expressly stated otherwise. Balance functionality is provided solely for platform convenience and may be subject to review, restrictions, reversals, corrections, or compliance checks.

Transactions may be reviewed, delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reversed where necessary for fraud prevention, payment security, AML/KYC review, sanctions compliance, chargeback prevention, technical integrity, legal compliance, or platform protection.

9. Account restrictions

Account restrictions, where available, are processed manually and may be available through supported payment or other methods published on the platform. Account restrictions may require a minimum amount, linked Telegram identity, payment account details, account review, payment review, and compliance approval. Current minimum account restriction requirements may be displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Estimated account restriction processing time is 1–5 business days, but account restrictions may take longer where additional review is required. ReboHrome may delay, deny, reduce, offset, or restrict account restrictions where there are unresolved disputes, suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment reversals, duplicate credits, technical errors, unauthorized activity, AML/KYC concerns, sanctions concerns, account violations, or other risk factors.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet details. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and ReboHrome is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, third-party wallet issues, blockchain congestion, network fees, or user error.

10. Refunds, Returns, and Final Sale Terms

Refunds, returns, cancellations, and shipping issues are governed by the Refund & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital collectibles and randomized reveal products, all successfully delivered digital items, opened Randomized Packs, revealed results, credited items, assigned collectibles, and completed digital purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ReboHrome under the Refund & Shipping Policy.

Physical shipped items are generally final sale and non-refundable once shipped, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ReboHrome under the Refund & Shipping Policy.

Digital services, virtual balance top-ups, Randomized Pack purchases, digital collectible purchases, digital item assignments, pack openings, reveal results, and other platform-based digital products may be fully and instantly consumed, delivered, credited, assigned, opened, or revealed at the time of the transaction or shortly after confirmation. Once a balance has been spent, a digital service has been consumed, a Randomized Pack has been opened or revealed, or a digital item has been assigned, credited, delivered, or otherwise made available to the user account, the transaction is generally final, non-refundable, and not eligible for chargeback except where required by applicable law, card network rules, payment provider requirements, or expressly approved by ReboHrome under the Refund & Shipping Policy.

11. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Unauthorized Claims

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, duplicated, technically failed, incorrectly charged, or not delivered, you should contact ReboHrome support before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed.

You agree not to file false, misleading, abusive, bad-faith, or meritless chargebacks, payment disputes, refund claims, fraud claims, or unauthorized transaction claims for transactions that you authorized, products that were delivered, Randomized Packs that were opened or revealed, digital items that were credited, or services that were made available to your account.

ReboHrome may suspend or restrict accounts, freeze account restrictions, withhold further delivery, reverse promotional credits, recover costs, contest chargebacks, provide transaction evidence to payment providers, and refuse future service where chargeback abuse, refund abuse, fraud, or payment misuse is suspected. ReboHrome may retain records of account activity, IP address, device data, order history, delivery logs, reveal logs, communications, and other evidence for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.

Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising legitimate rights under applicable law for genuinely unauthorized transactions or legally valid consumer claims.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ReboHrome to engage in fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, bot activity, marketplace manipulation, exploitation of bugs, exploitation of pricing errors, manipulation of randomized pack mechanics, collusion, harassment, threats, false reporting, account sharing, use of stolen payment methods, or any unlawful activity.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, interfere with, or exploit the platform, including randomization systems, marketplace pricing, delivery systems, payment systems, payment systems, compliance checks, promotional systems, or account restrictions.

13. Promotions, Bonuses, and Errors

Promotions, discounts, bonuses, credits, special packs, or other offers may be subject to additional rules. ReboHrome may modify, suspend, cancel, or revoke promotions where necessary to address technical issues, fraud, abuse, error, unauthorized activity, or legal/compliance concerns.

If ReboHrome identifies pricing errors, display errors, value errors, inventory errors, pack configuration errors, duplicate credits, incorrect item assignments, technical failures, or other mistakes, ReboHrome may correct the error, cancel the affected transaction, reverse incorrect credits, substitute an equivalent remedy, or take other reasonable corrective action where permitted by law.

14. Compliance, AML, and Verification

ReboHrome may monitor transactions, account activity, deposits, account restrictions, purchases, Randomized Pack activity, payment disputes, IP data, device data, Telegram details, wallet details, shipping information, and communications for fraud prevention, AML/CTF compliance, sanctions compliance, payment security, platform integrity, and legal compliance.

ReboHrome may request identity verification, payment verification, proof of address, source-of-funds information, wallet verification, cardholder confirmation, or other documentation. Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction, order cancellation, account restriction delay, refusal of service, or other action described in the AML Policy and Compliance Notice.

15. Shipping

Physical shipments may be available internationally where supported. Estimated delivery time is commonly 7–21 business days but may vary due to customs processing, logistics providers, regional delivery conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, import restrictions, or events outside ReboHrome’s control.

Risk of loss and delivery responsibility are addressed in the Refund & Shipping Policy and applicable law. You must provide accurate shipping information and cooperate with customs or delivery providers where required.

16. Platform Availability and Changes

ReboHrome is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ReboHrome may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue any feature, product, pack, listing, payment method, account feature, value display, account feature, marketplace feature, or service at any time where permitted by law.

ReboHrome does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, availability of any specific product, continued availability of any marketplace feature, or compatibility with every device, browser, wallet, payment provider, or jurisdiction.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReboHrome and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, suppliers, payment partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including loss of expected value, loss of resale opportunity, loss of market value, disappointment with Randomized Pack results, inability to sell an item, account restriction delays, marketplace changes, third-party service issues, payment provider decisions, blockchain errors, customs delays, or user error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReboHrome’s total liability for any claim relating to a transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to ReboHrome for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReboHrome from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, chargeback fees, payment processor fees, legal fees, investigation costs, penalties, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, false information, unauthorized use of payment methods, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or fraudulent conduct.

19. Account Suspension and Termination

ReboHrome may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate accounts where it reasonably suspects fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, AML/KYC risk, sanctions risk, platform manipulation, prohibited conduct, underage use, violation of these Terms, or other activity creating legal, financial, operational, security, or reputational risk.

Account restriction may include disabling purchases, disabling Randomized Pack openings, withholding shipment, delaying account actions, restricting marketplace access, freezing balance, requiring verification, cancelling orders, or refusing future service.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Handling

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws and dispute resolution procedures applicable to ReboHrome and the user’s transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the user’s jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to contact support first so that issues can be reviewed efficiently.

22. Changes to These Terms

ReboHrome may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when published. Continued use of ReboHrome after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Platform balance is intended for purchases on ReboHrome and is not withdrawable unless ReboHrome expressly enables such functionality in the future.
